Participants of 2017 Grey Matters Conference have several accommodations options.
The conference planning committee reserved 'room blocks' with several hotel chains located in the Town of Hinton. A shuttle service between these hotels and the conference venue will be provided.
Please contact your hotel of choice to reserve your accommodations before August 1, 2017. Make sure you tell the reservations person you are attending 2017 Grey Matters Conference and obtain the conference rate. Hotel bookings made after August 1, 2017 may not have access to conference rates. Conference rates will be subject to availability.
